Membership fees

Each EBMT Centre Member and Individual Patron pay a yearly membership fee to the EBMT.

 

Centre members fees

Centre Membership Fees are 750€ per year, which include a team of 3 physicians, 1 nurse and 1 data manager per centre.
 
With prior approval of the Principal Investigator of the Centre, physicians, nurses, data manager or quality manager can be added to the Centre with their corresponding additional costs : additional nurse is charged 40€ per year, and additional physician or data manager is charged 75€ per year to the Centre.

 

Annual fees are invoiced in March / April each year and the invoice is sent by mail (PDF format) to the Principal Investigator of the Centre for payment. Fees collected by the EBMT Treasurer and payment will only be possible in Euros by bank transfer (no other currency will be accepted).
 

Individual Patrons fees

Nurses

Individual Nurse Fees are 40€ per year.
 
Membership runs from 1st January to 31st of December every year and must be renewed annually by fulfilling the Renewal Form (see ApplyToBeAMember section). If you wish to terminate your membership, you should inform the Nurses Group Treasurer and the Membership Assistant when you will be reminded to renew your membership prior to the annual meeting.

Physicians

Individual Patrons fees are 250 € per year.
Annual fees are invoiced in March / April each year, and the invoice is sent by mail (PDF format) to the Individual Patrons for payment. Fees collected by the EBMT Treasurer and payment will only be possible in Euros by bank transfer (no other currency will be accepted).
 

Rules

Centres and individuals not paying the membership fee for two consecutive years will be deleted from the membership list and lose all rights and duties of an EBMT member
