EBMT offers a range of educational events of varying durations and subject matters to its members and other interested parties. They vary from four day residential courses to specialist sessions during EBMT’s Annual Congress. The presence of the leading BMT specialists in Europe amongst EBMT’s members ensures the speaker and lecturer pool is of the highest possible standard.

The Annual EBMT-ESH Training Course: Blood and Marrow Transplantation
This flagship course takes place in April or May each year and attracts approximately 100 participants from both Europe and beyond.

EBMT’s various Working Parties, Committees and Specialist Groups are all pro-active in contributing to the organisation’s educational output. A wide range of events spread across the calendar year offer in-depth content for all of the sub-specialities within BMT.

Education at the EBMT Annual Meeting
The format of the Annual Meeting provides the perfect environment to programme short educational sessions on specific themes for differing audiences. These include educational sessions for physicians, nurses, data managers, plus varying workshops and pre-meeting study day sessions.
